Life after 25 is definitely different, not because I have turned 25 but for the fact that its really hitting me hard that Iam getting older.Well, I have completed quarter of a century and I don't know how soon that happened. All that I remember of my school years is studying , studying and studying more...and of course I had a unforgettable friend who filled my school years with happiness..All thanks to Jasleen ( My bestest friend for years ).
My college years were dry..and boring except for the time when I was in a relationship with my to- be hubby Arun.Arun was my senior and he kept me totally engaged for the first 2 years.Reality struck me hard when Arun graduated and left to Bangalore to work.I realized I had nothing to look forward to in college apart from boring lectures and irritating tests.Well, I still grew older and thats when I started to work.I had always been a youngster by age wherever I went.In the last 2 organizations I worked with and in my current organization , Iam the youngest HR by age ( That's a consolation ).Work taught me a lot of new things that I never imagined of.It was difficult to sail in the corporate culture as a young person. But today, all my experience has taught me to be a better person than anyone of my age.
Iam mature , Iam direct , and Iam plain at heart and I know to handle the worst ( except that I flood Arun on and off with my sob stories ).That keeps me happy....ok..what's all this got to do with my "25"???Well, end of the day , all these years and experiences were those that summed up to hit 25.At 25 , Iam glad I have grown faster than most others of my age.At 25,I feel great and accomplished. At 25 my only concern is , "Oh my God, Iam have already turned 25 and that means Iam getting old (* Sob *)
